The proposals seek to deliver a mix of two- to five-bedroom family homes, including 40% affordable housing, alongside enhancements to local biodiversity and the creation of new publicly accessible green space with views across the Cotswold National Landscape. A public webinar is being held from 6:30pm – 7:30pm on Thursday 19 June 2025 to provide an opportunity for the local community to hear more about the proposals directly from the project team, ask questions and share their feedback.
